📦 Shipping Policy

Delivery areas

  • We deliver nationwide to all cities and towns in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Delivery time

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Remote / smaller cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Pakistan time) are processed the same day. Orders after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all orders up to ₨ 15,000.
  • No extra COD fee.
  • When your order arrives, pay the exact amount shown on the delivery slip.

Other payment methods

  • Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer (ABL, HBL, UBL, MCB).
  • After placing your order, we will send you our account details via WhatsApp or SMS for bank transfers.

Shipping charges

  • ₨ 300 shipping fee in Karachi; calculate accordinly by cities.

Order tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp within 24 hours.
  • You can also track your order on our website using your order ID.

What if my order is delayed?

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the promised timeline, please WhatsApp us at +92 300 245 1311 with your order ID. We will investigate and update you within 6 hours.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Return window

  • You can request a return within 1 day of delivery.

Eligibility for return

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Electronics must not have any signs of installation, scratches, or missing parts.
  • The following items cannot be returned: underwear, socks, opened beauty products, and perishable goods (if any).

How to request a return

  1. Take a photo of the product (showing its condition).
  2. Send the photo along with your order number to our WhatsApp:+92 300 245 1311.
  3. Our team will approve or reject your request within 1 business day.

Refund method & timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash – whichever you prefer.
  • COD orders are refunded only through bank / mobile account (we do not send cash by courier).

Partial returns

  • If your order contains multiple items, you can return just one or a few. You will be refunded only for the returned items.

Damaged or wrong product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (your choice) and schedule pickup of the wrong/damaged item at no cost.
